NB: only enter your Club Singlet Number if your child already has a player number. Players with an allocated singlet number cannot change that number.

New members to the Sharks will be ASSIGNED A PLAYING NUMBER after their order is placed.

Our Uniform supplier will cross-reference orders with player registrations/player numbers.
